Chef Paul is dedicated to bringing local, organic and delicious foods to the Land Yacht through hands-on lessons and private dinner parties. All menu items are house made by Chef Paul himself to assure quality and consistency.
“A group of seven women from three areas of Canada and one from the US met at Land Yacht for a most amazing 12 day vacation in September 2025. Each day was a highlight at Land Yacht, however one event that really stood out was hiring Chef Paul to come to the home to cater a special dinner. The menu he provided us to choose from (in advance) was as extensive as any high-end restaurant and more extensive than most: the best quality foods prepared exquisitely. Chef Paul brought everything with him and is very professional and organized. He is friendly and personable, the quality, quantity and presentation of food for our evening was amazing, and his pricing was reasonable for such a memorable event in a spectacular setting. He was approachable and happy to explain his recipes and let us watch some of his preparation. Bottom line: having Chef Paul cater was an amazing experience! Well worth it. Highly recommended!!
