vrbo deems our cancellation policy to be “relaxed”:

100% refund 14 days before check-in

50% refund 7-14 days before check-in

Otherwise, no refund, but we’ll reschedule you to make it right.

Similar to a resort hotel that has many amenities, there’s a fee for day visitors. You must notify us in advance, and if approved, there’s a C$25/day fee per visitor. The Land Yacht parking area is monitored by video cameras. Violators of this policy will have their cruise terminated with no refunds given.

You love dogs? We have two!

No charge for dogs, but you must let us know the size/breed first.

Please keep them out of the pool room, off beds and furniture and clean-up their messes on the grounds.

Bring their dog condo: the solarium will be their happy place. (Ask us how we know!)
